- Safely troubleshoot, install, replace and/or repair electrical equipment and devices like receptacles, switches, light fixtures, smoke detectors, wiring, panels, and service equipment
- Identify hazardous, unsafe and illegal wiring
- Communicate and educate problems and solutions to customers while maintaining customer service excellence
- Use strong problem solving and critical thinking skill while focusing on your quality of work
- Ability to work from a tablet and learn the system
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Residential Service: 4+ years (Preferred)
